Shipping

We dispatch the majority of our orders within 48hrs of being placed, bulk orders can take longer.  Seasonal periods will also increase dispatching times.

Orders are dispatched to Royal Mail with several options available depending on how quick you need your order.

We will not be held responsible for any postal delays, we therefore suggest you place your orders well in advance of the event. If you require GUARANTEED next day delivery, please choose: ‘Guaranteed Delivery by 1pm.’
 
You can find the delivery option under the "Postage and Payment" button. Please select the option before make the payment.

UK Shipping
Royal Mail UK Standard, Estimated delivery times and pricing...

Guaranteed Next Day By 1pm

Royal Mail aims to deliver 'Guaranteed by 1pm next working day', this does not include Saturdays.
We are unable to offer 'Next day Guaranteed delivery by 1pm' for a Saturday.  This is due to the majority of our Personalised Products taking 3+ hours to print, Royal Mail Collection & Drop Off Deadline is 11:30am on a Saturday. 

Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on a Tuesday by 1pm. Orders placed Monday to Thursday before 10am with Guaranteed next day by 1pm, we will endeavor to ship the same day.  After 10am orders will be shipped the following day unless we state otherwise, this will depend on how busy we are.

Delayed or Lost Items: International
You must allow 20 working days from the Royal Mail expected delivery date, before we can make a claim with Royal Mail and either refund in full or resend the item at no cost to you.

 

Tracking:​
  •  A Tracking Option is available during checkout, with a reasonable extra cost.
 
  • Any Tracking Number provided, with any Standard post, will not work, despite issuing one when purchasing a shipping label. (bonkers???!) 
 
  • We are unable to offer any guarantee once your order is with the courier, however we are notified when an order has been received.
